students will begin to link breath to movement creating heat, strength, and flexibility. class will progress to matching one breath per movement and some peak postures will be introduced along the way. designed to progressively open your heart, mind, and body all while building a strong foundation. this class is suitable for the absolute beginner and seasoned practitioner.

taught by annee magee. hosted by fitness in the park. $5 drop in, or $40 pass to unlimited classes hosted by fitness in the park.
